"Youth Eyes on the Silk Roads" Photo Exhibition and Launching of the Photo Album "Youth Lens on the Silk Roads"
In 2018 UNESCO organised an international photo contest “Youth Eyes on the Silk Roads” to raise awareness among youth about the relevance of the shared heritage of the Silk Roads.
From this contest, the “Youth Eyes on the Silk Roads” travelling photo exhibition presenting the 57 best photos of the contest will take place in Paris.
Also, a professionally bound collection of images showcasing the best submitted photos was published in February 2019. The photo album “Youth Lens on the Silk Roads” aims to reflect the diversity of youth’s perspectives and impressions on the shared heritage of the Silk Roads.
The photo album as well as the exhibition will be officially launched and inaugurated following the film screening and roundtable about the "Role of Women in the Silk Roads" on 3 April at UNESCO HQ from 17:00 in Paris.
The photo exhibition will last until 12 April 2019.
