I am a lecturer. Most of my lectures focus on Foods and Nutrition, recreation and entrepreneurship. It's interesting to teach youths to develop entrepreneurial capabilities, to refresh their body and soul through responsible recreation and make sustainable food choices in the University of Port Harcourt. I'm about to complete my Ph.D. I have a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology. Currently we're looking at the interactions between food systems, dietary choices and nutritional status of students in tertiary institutions.
