Describe the main features of the measure/initiative:
Contribute to enabling children’s active participation in their education in Palestine through encouraging change and sharing experiences in participatory learning approaches in Palestine. Through this strategic priority, teachers, librarians and libraries are able to use participatory learning methods and utilize them in their work. In addition, change mechanisms and lessons learned on participatory learning methods are practiced and shared with the education community in Palestine. Main goals: 1. Create safe, friendly, rich, diverse and attractive libraries for children and young adults. 2. Campaigns and activities on awareness raising on the importance of the culture of learning among children, as well as means to support it by parents, teachers and workers with children. 3. Advocacy program to support policies supportive of children. 4. Diverse books available at libraries.

What are the results achieved so far through the implementation of the measure/initiative?:
1. Libraries and spaces dedicated to working with children are qualified to provide safe and supportive environment for children and young adults.
2. Teachers, parents and workers with children are supportive of the learning culture and in of the role of libraries.
3. Supportive national policies on child culture are encouraged.
