Urban resilience describes the capacity of individuals, communities, institutions, businesses, and systems within a city to survive, adapt, and grow regardless of chronic stresses and acute shocks. Empower our citizens to help improve their own resilience 4. Document and celebrate Palestinian culture, heritage and commitment to welcoming all 5. Invest in smart city approaches that support community resilience.
