Describe the main features of the policy/measure:
The objective of this program is the circulation of performing arts shows in the national territory. A committee of experts produces an annual catalog of circus, dance, lyric and theater performances, and municipalities can request them under certain conditions. The purpose is to promote the joint programming of professional companies for scenic spaces owned by local public entities, to reactivate and enrich their cultural programming, facilitate communication between the Autonomous Communities and guarantee citizens access to culture.
