The Program declares that "Introducing national history, language, culture, religion, customs and traditions, and cultivating patriotic nationalism is the basis of the Mongolian nation's existence and vital immunity", adding that "When the special license is given to the television channel the agreement should include that least 50 percent of the content must be programs created in Mongolia, include provisions on culture, language, customs, children's programs and in the national interests."
In the framework of goals of the program the objectives to "increase the supply of new works by national professional artists on television, radio and electronic media, to convert works into digital form, to intensify the supply of works to the market, to increase the share of national works in the online environment, to enrich the repertory of national content and to establish and maintain a digital art archive" are reflected.
o The share of national works of art disseminated through the media has increased, and the repertoire has been enriched with new and restored works.
o Increased share, demand, and promotion of national content in the online environment.
o The Government-sponsored documentary "Historical Wheel" is produced annually to archive historical events in the social, political, and economic life of Mongolia.
o The government provides financial support for Mongolian artists to participate in international competitions and festivals.
o As part of activities of national cultural and art organizations to deliver, promote, and inherit their works to the public, preserving and protecting their works in the state "Golden Fund" became regular.
o Every year, the government finances content dedicated to children and purchases it for the state treasury, as well as influences their production on stage and screen.
