Describe the main features of the policy/measure:
This is a cooperation project for the Strengthening of the Ibero-American Cultural Space, the regional project Artistic Residences Central America and the Caribbean can be highlighted, which has as strategic objectives to strengthen contemporary artistic creation and production, as well as to promote the mobility of cultural actors in the region. In this context, these artistic residencies have the purpose of training, professionalizing and strengthening the relationship between creators from different countries, weaving networks and community projects.
This program has been running since 2016 and each year it is led by one of the 7 countries involved in this project: Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

What are the results achieved so far through the implementation of the policy/measure?:
A greater exchange of artists, reciprocal knowledge and commitment of all the countries involved in the project, as the responsibility for the organisation falls alternatively on all of them.
