Describe the main features of the policy/measure: 
ACERCA is a Training Program for Development in the Cultural Sector of Spanish Cooperation, created in 2005. It implements the first objective of the Culture and Development Strategy: Human Capital Training in the field of Culture. The ACERCA Program's main objective is to strengthen the capacities of our partners in all areas of culture. One of the fundamental lines of work is the education of cultural actors and managers of public and private institutions to improve the cultural offer of our partners. It is also aimed at facilitating the meeting between experts and professionals with a view to establishing cooperation mechanisms, regional strategies and networking. ACERCA also seeks institutional strengthening and the consolidation of cultural public policies through the development of specific training programs at the request of partner institutions. Finally, the Program does not lose sight of the creative process of artists and artisans, foundations of cultural development, through courses and workshops.
What are the results achieved so far through the implementation of the policy/measure?: 
The main areas of ACERCA are the following: -Sustainable management of cultural and natural heritage -Conservation and management of museums, archives and libraries -Architecture and Urbanism -Cultural Management -Cultural industries To carry out these objectives and allow work in different regions, cultural fields and levels of action, we have the structure of the Spanish Cooperation abroad: Embassies, Cultural Centers, Technical Cooperation Offices and Training Centers. Through this structure, - ACERCA organizes and coordinates conferences, seminars, workshops, courses and conferences. -ACERCA promotes meetings, visits and exchanges between professionals and experts from different disciplines and countries. -ACERCA provides support to public or private projects that promotes the objectives of the Program. -ACERCA elaborates and publishes manuals and didactic materials: Management of musics, preventive conservation, audiovisual creation, etc., all translated to several languages. -ACERCA advises training institutions to improve their training plans and curriculum design in matters related to cultural development and management. -ACERCA favors the use of ICT in the field of training, through the Digital ACERCA platform.
