Description of the policy/measure
It involves collaboration between teachers and artists on the conception and promotion of new tools, strategies and teacher/student relationships in the classroom in order to motivate students and involve them in the learning process, with strong impact on teachers’ awareness and routines, and on students’ engagement, collaboration and motivation.

Evaluation of the policy/measure
Introduce active collaboration between teachers and artists into the framework of continuous professional development of teachers, focusing on creative and reflective practices, as well as experimentation with alternative pedagogical strategies;elaborate a european code of conduct for teachers inspired by the eight key competences for education in the 21st century.
