Describe the main features of the policy/measure:
The Western Balkans Cultural Programme aims to support the creative and cultural sectors (CCS) in the Western Balkans and to promote good neighbourly cooperation through culture.
The programme is designed in co-delegation with DG EAC (Education and Culture) which is implementing the programme, while DG NEAR (Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations) provides financial support.
The programme has been postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions and should be launched in 2021.
