El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto facilitar la convivencia de las Localidades Fronterizas Vinculadas e impulsar su integracion a traves del otorgamiento de un trato diferenciado a sus pobladores en materia economica, de transito, de regimen laboral y de acceso a los servicios publicos de salud, ensenanza y cultura, entre otros, en los terminos previstos en el presente Acuerdo.
The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the coexistence of the Linked Border Localities and promote their integration through the granting of a differentiated treatment to their inhabitants in economic matters, transit, labor regime and access to public health services, education and culture, among others, under the terms provided in this Agreement.
