En el Día Internacional de los Derechos Humanos, se lanza cada año el informe Derechos Humanos en Paraguay de la Codehupy. En el se incluye un capitulo sobre la situación de los Derechos Culturales en Paraguay.
On International Human Rights Day, the Codehupy report Human Rights in Paraguay is launched each year. It includes a chapter on the situation of Cultural Rights in Paraguay.

Presentar el informe anual sobre la situación de los derechos humanos en el Paraguay, en su vigésima quinta edición consecutiva. El compromiso asumido de reportar anualmente el comportamiento del Estado en relación a sus obligaciones de respetar, garantizar y satisfacer los derechos humanos de todas las personas.
Present the annual report on the situation of human rights in Paraguay, in its twenty-fifth consecutive edition. The assumed commitment to report annually on the behavior of the State in relation to its obligations to respect, guarantee and fulfill the human rights of all people.
