Approval of financial resources for individual and collective projects of writers and artists.
Create the necessary conditions so that through different funding sources (state budget, profits from culture companies, donations from natural and legal persons, both Cuban and foreign) financial resources may be directly allocated to artists and writers for the implementation of their own projects. Arrange for artists and writers to receive them as tax-exempt deliveries.
Once institutions have received the financial resources from all the aforementioned sources, artists will receive the resources requested for the presentation of their projects through bank transfers to their personal accounts, thereby creating better working conditions for artists and promoters.
Diversification of productions and services provided by creators.
Increase in the goods and serves offered by the company.
Improvement in the economic results and financial gain of creators.
Increase and better use of the potential capacities of creators in the production of goods and services marketed by the company.
Improvement in the institutional support of creators.
Increase in the creation, production and distribution processes of the diverse expressions of visual and applied arts.
